What is exercise & movement as a medicine?

Exercises and physical movement in our programs are essential to any life transformation. Exercise and activity transform your physical and mental health, improving metabolic issues by releasing endorphins and happy hormones and relieving anxiety and depression.

Exercise is used as a preventative medicine to decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases and metabolic syndromes related to sedentary and unhealthy lifestyles; regular exercise has been shown to improve health and reduce the severity of illness, while the absence of physical activity is considered a risk factor for disease such as diabetes, depression, heart disease, even cancer.
