How we can help you to boost your mental health and well-being

Some patients may suffer psychiatric symptoms due to hormone imbalances in their neurochemistry. These can result from a deficiency of relevant amino acids or can be traced to a genetic variation. The integrative approach works to restore the first-line approach to the gut, to provide suitable amino acids and powerful nutrients to bypass metabolic obstructions. Patients find it difficult to withdraw from their psychiatric medications, which needs to be done gradually with extreme caution.

We listen to your needs and will create a bespoke programme based on clinical experience. Together we will find the root cause of your symptoms and any other contributing factors so that we can help and support you step by step so that you start feeling like yourself again and more in control of your mental health. Our practitioners are mental health counselling practitioners, well-being therapists, trauma-informed therapists, and mindfulness teachers who combine different types of mind/body/self techniques and well-being practices; and personalise these practices for your specific needs.
